'Might I offer you some void in these trying times': 22 Memes to help you through your day

Memes are all we have. 

When the world is going gaga, all we can do is go googoo. Silliness is the greatest antidote we have against all the ills that the world will throw at us. And lord knows it's going to throw us some ills. We can't control that. We can only control our response to it. Sure, we could curl up into a ball and refuse to go anywhere (and we reserve the right to do that every Sunday morning), or we could choose to persist nevertheless. We can choose to succumb to the darkness and let it consume us (and by golly if it doesn't do that every now and again), or we could choose to put on our big girl pants, toss our hair in a messy bun, and handle it. We can give ourselves over to the long, dark night of winter (and who can resist that on a day like this?) or we can throw on some groovy tunes and shake a tail feather. 

The choice is simple. And there are some things that can help us do that. It's not always easy to get up and get after it, but we can use the tools in our tool belt to make that happen. Just as Bob the Builder is no good without his hammer, we are no good without our daily dose of memes. Memes help us understand the world as it is. Memes take our world and cut it down to manageable sizes. Memes are the antidote.
